QUETTA: The black day would be observed under the auspices of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) today (Sunday) in Balochistan including Quetta as elsewhere in the country.
A rally led by the Provincial President of PPP Balochistan, Mir Muhammad Sadiq Umrani would be taken out from the party’s provincial secretariat against the military coup of the then General Ziaul Haq against the then-Prime Minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto on July 5, 1977.
The rally would reach Press Club where a public meeting would be held. The central and provincial leaders of the party would address the gathering.
The party workers and general public have been urged to attend the rally and public meeting wholeheartedly.
