Provision of basic facilities to masses Govt.’s top priority: Achakzai

QUETTA: The Governor Balochistan, Muhammad Khan Achakzai has stated that it is the government’s top priority to provide basic facilities to the masses.
However, the people have to play their part in maintaining the facilities, he maintained while talking to the Provincial Minister for Information, Information Technology, Law and Parliamentary Affairs, Abdul Rahim Ziaratwal, who called on the Governor House here the other day.
He stressed the need to ensure payment of the utility bills for supply of water.
If the consumers ensure payment of water utility bills on regular basis then the water supply system could be made effective, he maintained.
The Governor mentioned that the funds are required to remove fault in the water supply system or the pipes, therefore, it is mandatory for the consumers to pay their bills and taxes in this regard.
He assured that every possible cooperation would be extended to resolve the issue of water in Harnai and other areas.
