QUETTA: The District and Sessions Judges, Bashir Ahmed Badini and Aftab Ahmed Lone have been discharged from their responsibilities as the Special Judge, Anti Terrorism Court, Khuzdar and Anti Terrorism Court-I, Quetta respectively.
This was announced in an official notification issued here by the Provincial Department of Home and Tribal Affairs the other day.
Meanwhile, according to another notification issued here by the Department of Home and Tribal Affairs, the newly appointed District and Sessions Judges, Muhammad Rafiq, Zafarullah Bazai and Jan Muhammad Gohar have been posted as the Special Judge, Anti Terrorism Court Sibi, Special Judge Anti Terrorism Court Khuzdar and Special Judge Anti Terrorism Court-I, Quetta respectively.
According to the notification, the postings have been made on recommendation of the Balochistan High Court and with approval of the competent authority.
