Independence Day celebrated at APS Zhob

QUETTA: The Independence Day was celebrated at the Army Public School (APS) Zhob the other day.
A function marking the Independence celebrations was arranged at the APS where 29 Brigade Commander, Brigadier Naveed Zaman was the chief guest.
Also present on the occasion was Principal of the APS, Ms. Sadaf Naveed besides other staff.
Speaking on the occasion, the Brigadier Naveed Zaman said that the Pak Army is also playing its role in promotion of education besides defending the country.
He said that acquiring education is very important to meet the future challenges. So, the students have to decorate them with ornament of modern education, he stressed. Brigadier Naveed urged the students to focus on their studies so that they are able to play their role in development of the country and the province.
The Principal of APS, Ms. Sadaf also addressed the ceremony. She highlighted importance of the independence and its celebrations.
We should celebrate with enthusiasm our independence to prove that we are lively nation.
The chief guest distributed prizes among the outstanding students.
