Kakar dissatisfied with performance of HS Killi Gul Muhammad

QUETTA: The Secretary Secondary Education, Abdul Saboor Kakar has expressed his dissatisfaction and anguish over poor performance of the Government Boys High School, Killi Gul Muhammad besides lack of discipline there.
The Secretary ordered to issue show cause notice to Principal of the School and call explanation of other teachers.
He paid surprise visit to the Government Boys High School Killi Gul Muhammad and Girls High School Killi Umar the other day.
The Secretary warned that stern action would be taken against those administrative officers and teaching staff who waste time of the students and don’t pay attention towards their studies committing negligence.
The Secretary Education also ordered to take disciplinary action against the Physical Trainer Teacher of the Killi Umar High School for Girls suspending her.
He called on the teachers to pay special attention towards practical training and moral education of the male and female students. It is necessary for their character building, he said.
He also directed to display the syllabus in class rooms of the schools prominently besides preparing the time table.
Meanwhile, the Director Schools, Saleem Akhtar Ansari, Director Bureau of Curriculum, Gulab Khan Mandokhail and Additional Director School, Munir Ahmed also conducted surprise visit of the Government Boys High School and Government Girls High School, Kan Mehtarzai, Government Boys High School and Government Girls Middle Dilsora and Government Elementary College of Education.
The team reviewed the performance of students in the educational institutions, absence of the teachers besides doing scrutiny of funds spent last year.
During the visit by the inspection team, action was taken against the absentee teachers. Salaries of the absentee teachers were also stopped.
A few contractors supplying poor quality furniture and other equipment were also blacklisted.
