Transfers and postings of Judicial Officers

QUETTA: The following transfers and postings of the Judicial Officers have been made with immediate effect.
According to an official notification issued here by the Registrar of Balochistan High Court, Mr. Muhammad Umer Khokhar, serving as the Senior Civil Judge, Pishin, has been transferred and posted as the Senior Civil Judge, Chaman.
Similarly, Mrs. Asma Mushtaq, who was serving as the Senior Civil Judge, Chaman, has been transferred and posted as the Senior Civil Judge, Pishin while Mrs. Saima Perveen posted as Judicial Magistrate-II, Dera Allah Yar, has been transferred and posted as the Judicial Magistrate, Jewani at Gwadar.
The transfers and postings of the Judicial Officers have been made with order of the Honourable Chief Justice, BHC as the official notification mentioned adding that the Judicial Magistrate-I, Dera Allah Yar shall also hold the additional charge of the Court of Judicial Magistrate-II, Dera Allah Yar.
