QUETTA: The Balochistan Restriction of Rented Buildings (Security) Act 2015 has been enforced with immediate effect.
This was announced by the Balochistan Provincial Assembly Secretariat in an official notification issued here the other day.
According to the notification, the Restriction of Rented Buildings (Security) Act, which has been enforced after approval from the Provincial Assembly and endorsement of the Governor Balochistan, would be enforced all over the province except the tribal areas.
It may be mentioned here that the Restriction of Rented Buildings (Security) Act had been tabled in last session of the Provincial Assembly.
