QUETTA: The Commandant Sibi Scouts, Brigadier Syed Ahsan Raza Zaidi has stated that education guarantees development and prosperity of the nations in the present modern century.
He was addressing ceremony of inauguration of the Lieutenant Colonel Alamdar Shaheed Frontier Corps (FC) Public School Sibi the other day.
Also present on the occasion were the Principal of the FC Public School, Major Muhammad Asif Shahzad, Major Rana Shahid Riaz, Major Suleman Saeed, Lieutenant Amanullah, Accounts Officer, Tariq Mehmood, besides the teachers and the parents.
Speaking on the occasion, the Commandant Sibi Scouts said that the establishment of Lieutenant Colonel Alamdar Shaheed FC Public School would open new avenue for development of education in Sibi and adjoining areas besides paving the way for quality education.
He said that the future of children is linked with hardworking teachers. The teachers play pivotal role in promotion of education, he stressed adding that they have to mobilize their capabilities to serve the cause of education and remove educational backwardness from their area.
It is responsibility of the teachers to educate the students well, Brigadier Zaidi stressed further.
He said that the purpose behind setting up of the FC Public School in Sibi is to impart quality education to the students by establishing quality educational institution.
He said that no compromise over quality of education in the school. So, he called on the teachers to not commit any negligence in their duty of imparting quality education to their students.
Referring the FC’s role in Balochistan, the Commandant Sibi Scouts said that at the time when the FC is playing an important role in protection of life and property of the masses in Balochistan, at the same time, it is also engaged in provision of healthcare, clean drinking water and education facilities in the province.
Earlier, the Principal of Lt. Colonel Alamdar Shaheed FC Public School, Major Muhammad Asif Shahzad addressed and briefed the gathering about the school.
The Commandant Sibi Scouts Brigadier Syed Ahsan Raza Zaidi formally inaugurated the FC Public School by unveiling its plaque.
It was announced that the academic activities would be resumed in the school from September 1, 2015.
The admissions would be made for the classes from Play Group to Class-V.
