Brahvi poetry book launched

QUETTA: The poetry book of Brahvi poet Babul Nawab Bagulzai “Shawl†was launched here the other day.
Senator ® Nawabzada Lashkari Raisani was the chief guest at the book launching ceremony. While also attended the ceremony was by the literary personalities Zahid Brahvi, Agha Hamdard, Sabir Nadeem and Malik Nisar besides others.
Addressing the book launching ceremony, Senator ® Raisani said that the importance of any language is assessed from its literature and literary values.
He mentioned that role his ancestors is historical in development and promotion of Brahvi language and literature. “I still hold Brahvi Adabi Deewan (Brahvi literary sitting) in Sarawan House occasionallyâ€, he maintained.
He noted with contentment that the affection of younger generation is increasing with the literature.
Other guests of honour spoke about different aspects of the poetry of Babul Nawab Bangulzai. They also congratulated the poet on his poetry book.
The poet Babul Nawab also shared his poetry from the book with the audience.
