Protest against low Sui gas pressure

QUETTA: The residents of Sariab and its adjoining areas staged a protest demonstration on the Quetta-Mastung road near Sheikh Zayed Hospital.
They chanted slogans against the authorities of the Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) against the low pressure of gas in their areas.
They charged that the SSGC is not paying due attention to resolve the issue as a result they are suffering a lot. They demanded of the authorities concerned to resolve the issue immediately.
While on the other hand, the protest on the main road caused traffic jam. The long queues of vehicles were witnessed on the occasion causing disturbance to the transporters and other public.
Later, on assurance from the administration, the protestors ended their protest.
