Pak-Turk Senior wins 13th Mini Olympic Basketball

QUETTA: The Pak-Turk Senior School and College Eleven defeated Iqbal Eleven in the final of 13th Balochistan Mini Olympic Games Basketball 2015 played at the Pak-Turk School and College here last week.
Nawabzada Haroom Raisani was the chief guest while the prominent sports organizer and founder of the Balochistan Mini Olympic Games, Atta Muhammad Kakar presided over the ceremony. Also attended the ceremony was by the President of BBA, Abdul Wali Kakar and others.
Muhammad Jamil, Muhammad Zeeshan and Abdul Rahim were the umpires.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest appreciated the organizers for arranging healthy activities. He particularly praised Atta Muhammad Kakar for working tremendously for the cause of sports in the province.
He said that it would be mandatory for every youth to take part in the healthy activities. Those providing sports opportunities and facilities to the youth deserve appreciation, he maintained.
Atta Muhammad Kakar said that we are organizing the sports activities without any financial support from the government sector.
He on the occasion also pledged to continue to serve the cause of sports in future.
