QUETTA: The Additional Commissioner Quetta, Muhammad Qasim Mengal has been transferred and posted as the Deputy Secretary Population Welfare Department.
According to an official notification, Muhammad Ishaq, who was awaiting posting order, has been posted as the Additional Commissioner Quetta.
