Crackdown launched against mini petrol pumps in metropolis

QUETTA: The Quetta district administration has launched a crackdown against the illegal mini petrol pumps in the city.
Launched on special directives of the Deputy Commissioner Quetta, Dawood Khan Khilji, the operation is being supervised by the Special Magistrate, Babrak Khan.
He visited different areas of the city and sealed the mini petrol pumps being operated on Jail road, Art School road, McCongy road, Mir Ahmed Khan road and Pishin stop.
As per the official sources, two petrol pumps were sealed on Art School road, one each on Jail road, McCongy road.
During the crackdown, three petrol cottages established on Pishin stop were also destroyed, the official sources informed.
