QUETTA: Third meeting of the academic council of Turbat University was held with its chairman and Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir in the chair, the other day.
Those, who were present in the meeting, were included: Pro-Vice Chancellor of Turbat University, Dr. Abdul Saboor Baloch, Registrar, Muhammad Hayat, Controller Examinations, Tanvir Ahmed, Director Public Relations, Ejaz Ahmed Baloch, Deputy Registrar and heads and deans of the faculties.
Addressing the meeting, the Vice Chancellor said that the University is gaining its status due to its high standard in the country. It has the potential to come up to the expectations of the people in higher education and research, he maintained.
He said that it is our priority to provide better academic environment and facilities meeting the present-day needs of education.
In order to achieve the goal in this regard, necessary consultation is underway with the famed professors and academicians, he pointed out.
He said that no compromise would be made on quality of education and research in the University.
The Pro-Vice Chancellor Professor Abdul Saboor Baloch also addressed the meeting.
