Commission starts hearing of cases of missing persons today

QUETTA: The Judicial Commission constituted by the federal government for recovery of the missing persons is scheduled to conduct hearing of the cases of missing persons from today (Monday) in Quetta.
According to an announcement made by the Home and Tribal Affairs Department, the six-day hearing of the cases of missing persons would remain continued till November 28, 2015.
The hearing would be conducted at the Sikandar Jamali Auditorium located in Civil Secretariat.
The Commission would hear 87 cases of the missing persons belonging to Quetta, Kalat, Mastung, Khuzdar, Noshki, Lasbela, Kachhi, Kech, Naseerabad, Sibi, Jaffarabad, Gwadar, Killa Saifullah, Washuk, Harnai, Loralai, Dera Bugti and Zhob.
On first day of the hearing i.e., on November 23, the cases of 16 missing persons would be heard while on second day, hearing of 15 cases would be conducted.
Later, on November 25 and 26, the cases of 16 and 14 missing persons respectively would be heard. Similarly, the cases of 10 and 16 missing persons would be heard on November 27 and 28, 2015 respectively, as the announcement made here mentioned.
Therefore, all the concerned applicants have been informed to contact with the Commission on the scheduled dates.
In addition to them, if any person has any reservation about one’s missing person may also appear before the Commission along with the complete particular of the missing person.
It may be mentioned here that the Commission, headed by Justice (Retd) Gush Bakhsh, had been tasked to investigate cases of missing persons, particularly in Balochistan.
Last time, the Commission had arrived in June this year for hearing of the cases of missing persons.
