13 candidates file nomination papers for bi-elections on PB-50, Kech-III

QUETTA: As many as 13 candidates have filed their nomination papers for participation in the bi-election to be held in election constituency of provincial assembly i.e., PB-50, Kech-III.
This was announced by the Provincial Election Commissioner (PEC), Syed Sultan Bayazeed in an official statement issued here on Monday.
The two-day scrutiny of the nomination papers was commenced on Monday. However, it would remain continued today (Tuesday) also, maintained the PEC.
It may be mentioned here that the polling for bi-elections in PB-50, Kech-III is scheduled to be conducted on December 31.
The PEC Sultan Bayazeed said that around 59, 200 voters would use their right of franchise in the bi-election.
The Supreme Court had rejected the appeal of Akbar Askani against his disqualification and ordered for re-election in PB-50, Kech-III.
