Associate Professors given promotions as Professors

QUETTA: The Associate Professors Ms. Shahnaz Shafiq and Ms. Mehmood Amin (BS-19) in Education Department have been promoted as Professors in BS-20 (Women Section/Collegiate Branch) on permanent basis.
According to an official notification issued here by the Education Department, the Associate Professors have been granted promotions on recommendation of the provincial selection board-I and with approval of the competent authority with effect from September 22, 2015.
Similarly, according to another notification of the same department, Ms. Robina Shirini, the acting Professor (B-20) and former Principal Government Girls Degree College, Satellite Town Quetta has been given promotion in BS-20 on permanent basis with effect from September 19, 2015.
Moreover, the acting professor, Ms. Ghazala Ambreen (BS-20), who was serving as the Principal Government Girls Degree College, Kechi Baig, has been promoted as Professor (BS-20) on permanent basis.
She has been given promotion with effect from September 22, 2015, as per the notification.
Meanwhile, the associate professor Ms. Razia Sultana (B-19), Government Degree Girls College Quetta has been given promotion as Professor on permanent basis (B-20) with effect from August 13, 2015.
