Death of Allama A. Majeed Nadeem Shah a great loss, say religious scholars

QUETTA: The leaders of Aalmi Majlis Tahafuz Khatme Nabuwwat Pakistan, Sheikhul Hadith Maulana Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sikandar, Maulana Khawaja Aziz Ahmed, Maulana Pir Nasir Khakwani, Mufti Shahabuddin Popalzai and others have expressed their deep grief and sorrow over demise of eminent religious scholar, Maulana Syed Abdul Majeed Nadeem Shah.
In a joint statement issued here, they prayed that may Allah Almighty rest the departed soul into Its eternal peace and give enough strength to the bereaved family and his well wishers to bear the tragic loss.
They paid homage to the late for his invaluable services for the cause of preaching of Islam and protection of the belief of Khatme Nabuwwat.
They said that Maulana Abdul Majeed Nadeem spent his entire life for the same cause. They also termed his death a great loss of the Muslims.
A large number of people embraced Islam at his hands, they recalled.
Moreover, the administrator of Jamia Ziaul Qura’an and Khateeb of Jamia Gol Masjid Satellite Town, Maulana Abdul Rahim Rahimi has also expressed his deep grief and sorrow over death of Allama Syed Abdul Majeed Nadeem.
In a condolence statement, he said that the services he rendered for the cause of Islam are not secreted from anyone.
The vacuum created with his death would not be filled in for centuries, he maintained.
