Langove praises role of PPHI for healthcare in Balochistan

QUETTA: The Advisor to Chief Minister for Finance, Mir Khalid Langove has appreciated the role of PPHI for healthcare in the province in general and in Kalat in particular.
He was speaking to the media cell of PPHI Balochistan here the other day.
The Executive of the PPHI’s Media Cell, Munir Raisani, Provincial MER Executive, Mumtaz Ali Rind and District Support Manager of Kalat, Mujeeb Baloch.
He commended the role of PPHI describing it satisfactory. We appreciate the initiatives of the PPHI and support it at every forum.
He particularly appreciated the process of monitoring of the health centers by the PPHI and said that it is because of the best monitoring that all the centers are functional in Kalat.
He said that it is appreciable to see the basic health centers in Kalat operational. The supply of medicines in the centers is also good, he maintained.
The Advisor to Chief Minister praised performance of the DSM of PPHI Kalat and said that availability of medicines as well as other necessary equipment and machinery and appointment of drivers on ambulances in the basic health units shows his good performance.
He also applauded the initiatives of the DSM against the absentee employees. We would also extend every possible cooperation to check absenteeism, adding he assured.
Referring the steps taken in health sector in Kalat, Mir Khalid Langove said that we have taken unprecedented steps to bring improvement in the sector, which otherwise were not taken for last 30 years.
He said that we have got approved 13 ambulances and several BHUs for Kalat. While on the other hand, the new MCH centers would also be established so as to provide better healthcare facilities for the mothers and infants there.
