QUETTA: The government has decided to pay pension to all the retired provincial government employees through their respective bank accounts.
According to an official press release issued here by the Assistant Accountant General (Pension), in first phase, the payment of pension of the provincial government employees (Grade-17 to 22) would be shifted on the system of bank account.
The first phase would be completed before March 31, 2016. In this connection, a facilitation center has also been set up at the office of the Accountant General Balochistan, Quetta.
The complete information and necessary documents would be made available at the facilitation center for the pensioners.
It has been noted that the payment of the pension to the gazette retired employees would not be made through pension books after March 31, 2016.
