Women Day to be observed befittingly

QUETTA: The World Women’s Day would be observed in Quetta on March 8 in befitting manner.
This was stated by the Chairperson of Tanzim Idara Bahali-e-Mustehqeen (TIBM), Mrs. Surriya Allahdin here on Saturday.
She said that a function is being arranged by the TIBM in collaboration with different other organizations working in the social sector and especially for wellbeing of the women.
The basic objective behind organizing the event is to honour the distinguished women of different sectors, and of course, to acclaim their invaluable services and achievements, she said adding that we are going to award the best achiever women on that day.
It may be mentioned here that the World Women Day is celebrated on March 8 every year in the country as elsewhere in the world.
