Governor-Women Day message

HQ: Women are viewed with respect and dignity in our society and using hands against them is negation to Islamic values and our national traditions.
This was stated by Balochistan Governor Muhammad Khan Achakzai in his message on Women Day.
He said both women and men occupy equal part in social and economic development during present era and are equal partners in all matters. Without their participation progress and prosperity is very difficult.
About Balochistan women Governor said there is no dearth of talent among our women but small resources and opportunities are impediment in their way. Our women were also showing their capabilities in education and health and other sectors gradually which is a good change.
He said women in Pakistan were working shoulder to shoulder with their men in different sectors but ratio of education among women in rural areas of Balochistan is very small and there is dire need for increasing it.
Governor hoped that our women would continue to play their role for progress and prosperity of country and nation within our social and national values.
