Balochistan Assembly - Speaker’s ruling

QUETTA Apr 4 (PPI): Speaker Balochistan Assembly Ms Rahila Durrani has ruled that decisions of provincial cabinet should be implemented immediately.
She gave this ruling on a clarification by Home Minister Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti in the house here Monday.
Minister clarified a point that provincial cabinet at its meeting earlier had decided to provide mobile phones to all its member with immediate effect. But this decision could not be implemented yet. He said cabinet is the highest forum of running the government.
Taking notice of the clarification Speaker said she would call concerned quarter sat her Chamber and discussion the matter.
Earlier during Question-Answer session she also reiterated her ruling that all the secretaries or additional securities should be present during assembly session particularly when answers relating to their concerned departments were to be answered in the House.
Later the House chaired by member of Panel of Chairmen Ms Yasmin Lehri was adjourned till April 7.
