Name Gwadar port after name of Mir Ahmed Yar Khan

QUETTA Nov 16 (PPI): President Balochistan Economic Forum Sardar Shoukat Popalzai has called on the Federal and Balochistan Governments to name the port of Gwadar in honor of the late Khan of Kalat, Mir Ahmed Yar Khan Ahmedzai.
He suggested this during an interview today on Business Plus TV.
He said late Khan had great contributions to the country and province of Balochistan and is one of the most prominent Balochistan leaders who will always be remembered in the history of the country. Naming the port after his name will be a matter of great pride and respect for the people of Balochistan. Many ports all over the world have been named in honor of prominent personalities of the respective countries to acknowledge their contributions.
Sardar Shoukat Popalzai also called on the provincial political leadership to pass a unanimous resolution in the provincial assembly in this context.
